Orders are processed after payment is received and confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier lead times, and whether the item is stocked, special order, or custom order.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery schedules may be affected by supplier delays, weather conditions, carrier issues, product availability, and other factors outside our control.

Local Delivery and Pickup
Some products may be available for local delivery or pickup. Customers will be contacted once the order is ready or when delivery scheduling is available.

Shipping Costs
Shipping or delivery fees, when applicable, are calculated separately and may depend on order size, weight, location, and product type.

Inspection Upon Delivery or Pickup
Customers are responsible for inspecting all products at the time of delivery or pickup. Any damage, shortage, or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours.

Missed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, site access issues, or incorrect information provided by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply.
