RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Rexwood Flooring, we want our customers to feel confident when purchasing from us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept return requests for eligible products within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and uninstalled
- The product must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:
- Installed, used, opened, or damaged products
- Custom orders or special-order products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products cut to size or altered in any way
- Adhesives, trims, moldings, underlays, and accessories if opened or used
- Labor, delivery, installation, and service charges
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. We may ask for photos and order details to review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Restocking Fees
Eligible returns may be subject to a 25% restockig fee, depending on the product, supplier terms, and condition of the returned item.
Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping or transportation costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product provided by Rexwood Flooring.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be accepted for eligible unused items, subject to stock availability.
